How Are They Made?
Designing your Wrap
Our designers will take photos and measurements of your car and show you some digital design concepts for your approval.
Cleaning
The car is thoroughly washed to remove dirt, dust and contaminants. This includes washing the surface, wheel wells, and any areas the will be applied. Proper drying is essential and bringing the car to room temperature.
Surface Inspection
Check for scratches, dents, or imperfections in the paint. These can affect the warranty, application and final appearance.
Vinyl Prep
Your graphics are trimmed to the proper size, lined up and place into position.
Application
A squeegee and heat gun are used to apply the vinyl. Excess vinyl is trimmed away, edges are tucked in or sealed.
Post-Application Care
After wrapping, the car may need a gentle heat treatment to ensure the vinyl conforms to the surface properly. Allow 48 hours for proper adhesion.

Can they be removed?
Wraps are removable, and if installed and removed by a professional they will not harm your paint.
What if I get a scrape, can it be fixed?
JAFA keeps all your designs on files and can easily and quickly reprint a patch if damage occurs. We Design, Print and Install everything in-house.
