The best file formats for high quality signs are vector-based files like PDF, AI or PDF, which allow infinite scaling without losing quality. For photographic high detailed or large format printing TIFF or JPEP minimum 100 DPI at print size is preferred.
ARTWORK CHECK LIST
SIZE
Verify and include the dimensions and orientation of you signs, especially if it is saved as a scale.
COLOUR
Convert and provide the CMYK or PANTONE colours. No HEX colours.
BLEED
Supply at least .5" of bleed for sign faces. 1" for banners. Pop up banners 5" on the bottom only.
FONTS
Make sure all fonts are converted to curves or outlines. If you are asking for type edits please send the fonts.
QTY AND MATERIALS
Make sure the quantities and materials are noted.
OTHER FILES
We do not accept Canva and InDesign Files. Please convert these to PDF files.

Do you accept CANVA files?
Please convert your Canva file to a PDF and we will determine if the quality is good enough to print.
Can I use copyrighted images in my sign?
Yes, but only with permission from the owner.
What fonts can I use?
It is important to use a font that is legible and reflects your brand. Some smaller fonts or fonts with serifs will be hard to illuminate or produce.
