FAQ STATIONERY
Can I supply my own file?
Unless requested, when you submit files, you are implying you have reviewed them and they are print ready. We will check your files to ensure they meet our technical standards for printing, we will not review your overall design, layout, colours, fonts size etc.
What is your turn around time?
After approved design allow 2 weeks to print custom projects.
Do you require a deposit?
All print jobs require a 50% deposit before production and a design deposit before design can commence.
Do you store our files?
JAFA Signs stores all client files for a maximum of 3 years.
Will I receive a proof?
Yes we email a PDF proof for you to check spelling, grammar, punctuation, content and layout.
